Built by two best friends who care deeply

Nurture Your Way was created by two best friends who wanted support to feel warmer, more considered and easier to connect with.

A friendship with purpose

Long before Nurture Your Way had a name, we were already talking about the kind of support provider we would love to create.

After years working in aged care and disability support, we had seen how much difference the right person can make. Someone who notices the details. Someone who listens properly. Someone who can stay calm, think creatively and find a way forward when a routine or plan stops working.

We have also seen the challenges families can face through our own family experiences with disability. Those experiences shaped what we wanted Nurture Your Way to feel like: warm, dependable, thoughtful and easy to connect with.

Today, we bring our friendship, industry experience and shared love of problem-solving into every relationship we build.

Founders, Mira and Marnie

We know the work. We know the people matter more.

Between us, we have spent 15 years working across aged care and disability support and helping people from many different backgrounds, households and stages of life.

Our qualifications include Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate III in Home and Community Care and Certificate IV in Disability. That knowledge gives us a strong foundation, but the real learning has come from listening to people, adapting when something is not working and seeing how small changes can make everyday life run more smoothly.

We bring a practical mindset, a caring heart and a willingness to keep thinking until the support feels right.

Meet the duo behind Nurture Your Way

Mira and Marnie share a love of helping people, a talent for untangling tricky situations and the kind of friendship where ideas are talked through honestly.

They are both practical thinkers, good listeners and big believers in progress that feels meaningful to the person living it. Sometimes that is a new skill. Sometimes it is a calmer week. Sometimes it is simply feeling more confident about what comes next.
